We are searching for a Group FP&A Manager, level 3, to Lead Reporting process for actuals & Planning process for Forecast, Budget & Business plan.
Level 3:  6-12 years as a direction/Working with advanced tasks independently
Accountability & Deliverables
  • Consolidate analysis and present Group income statement for actuals, short-, mid- & long-term planning
  • Set requirements for development of Qlik/ BI reports & Planning system
  • Integrate with controlling and operations to improve process for financial follow-up, short-, mid & long-term planning
  • Manage Group Financial Analysts’ team and deliveries
  • Drive development and enhancement of profit and cost analysis to improve business understanding and deliver decision basis
  • Support CFO and Group Management team on analysis/development of Actuals, short-, mid- & long-term planning
  • Support Investor Relation to assure communications externally
  • Support Corporate Finance & Treasury to assure material and understanding for external investors & banks
  • Be up to date and have full understanding of all factors impacting business decisions e.g. value chains, legal structures, capacity, sourcing, funding
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Skills & expertise

  • 6+ years experience in financial planning and industrial sectors
  • Managerial and leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good at interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way to many different stakeholders incl non finance
  • Good at excel and business analytics tools
  • Being able to plan and coordinate work independently as well as jointly in diversified teams
  • Good at prioritize and be able to handle ad hoc requests
